Dotche V2 has arrived!

ChesterCAP is pleased to announce a new version of Dotche, the powerful website engine for non-profits.  Dotche serves up dynamic content and interactive tools to take the non-profit website beyond “brochure-ware” to a true web-based front office providing convenience for your donors and a cost-effective way for you to deliver information and services to key constituents.

 Version 2 leverages the features of Version 1:

• Comprehensive support for the competitive grants and scholarships management life cycle: LOIs, applications, reviews, and progress reports – all online!

• Complete support for donor advised fund management: charitable guidance, fund statements, grant recommendations – all online!

• Online Contact Management and Notification system

• Charitable Catalog of funding opportunities. Grant seekers maintain illustrated descriptions of organizations and specific programs in a database that is browsed by donor advisors and referenced in grant applications.

Version 2 Enhancements include:

• A new flexible implementation framework that simplifies installation 

• A new “wysiwyg” content management system

• Expanded dynamic content (article) publication capabilities

• An e-marketing system which enables you to target articles and funding opportunities (on the website or via email) to donors based on their charitable interests

• Search enhancements to the Charitable Catalog: donor advisors can pick from a personal list of previous recommendations, or from a related listing: “Donors who gave to these charities also gave to the following.”

• Multiple year budgets in grant applications

• Multiple progress reports (e.g. interim and final)

• Ad hoc constituent surveys that store survey data in the Dotche database.
